    Integrity Property Services is seeking an experienced Concrete & Asphalt Crew Lead to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who wants to start with flexible hours while helping build a dedicated concrete, asphalt, and ADA remediation division.

    We are looking for someone who is more than a laborer. The right candidate will have the experience, leadership ability, and ambition to help grow this service line, recruit crew members and equipment operators, and eventually manage projects independently.

    As project volume increases, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time leadership position overseeing a dedicated concrete and asphalt team.

    Responsibilities

    Perform and oversee concrete repair and installation projects

    Perform asphalt repairs, patching, sealcoating, and paving projects

    Evaluate job sites and assist with project planning

    Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

    Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and ADA accessibility standards

    Inspect sidewalks, curb ramps, parking lots, and pedestrian pathways for ADA compliance

    Identify accessibility deficiencies and recommend corrective actions

    Communicate with management regarding project progress

    Assist with estimating and scope development

    Recruit and help develop laborers, equipment operators, and crew members as workload grows

    Build and lead a dedicated concrete, asphalt, and ADA remediation team

    Qualifications

    5+ years of concrete and/or asphalt construction experience preferred

    Experience leading crews or supervising projects

    Knowledge of ADA accessibility requirements and compliance standards

    Experience constructing or repairing ADA-compliant sidewalks, curb ramps, pedestrian pathways, and parking lots

    Ability to measure and verify slopes, grades, transitions, and accessibility requirements

    Ability to operate or coordinate equipment such as skid steers, rollers, saws, and related construction equipment

    Strong understanding of job site safety practices

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Preferred Experience

    ADA remediation and accessibility improvement projects

    Detectable warning surface installation

    Parking lot striping and ADA-compliant parking layout

    Sidewalk trip hazard removal and repairs

    Property management, commercial property, HOA, or municipal projects

    Estimating and project management experience
