At Concrete Craft, the Lead Installer is a key leadership role that works with our customers, internal teams, and leadership/management.

Responsibilities include:

Setting quality, performance, and customer engagement expectations with the Installer team.

Understands project requirements; coordinates, and efficiently utilizes resources to install / complete projects to the highest quality standards.

Trains and coordinates the efforts of the team; work with sales and management to effectively plan and communicate needs; and takes ownership of equipment, team engagement, and the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Prospective candidates must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record, use of a personal vehicle for transport to/from each project location or shop.

Fun and outgoing

Requirements:

Ability to lift 60# on a regular basis. Valid Driver’s license with no DUI or Reckless Driving tickets.

Hours: Full Time – Flexible - Year Long Work - OT when desired
