We hate ugly concrete. Using cutting edge products and techniques, we transform boring concrete into living spaces of long-lasting, exceptional beauty.

We work indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment, both residential and commercial settings. Work is varied, and includes pressure washing, grinding, cutting, mixing, staining, sealing, coating, stamping, and troweling. Qualified applicants will be reliably on-time at 6:00 am with dependable transportation, have a strong work ethic, enjoy learning and perfecting new skills, and take satisfaction in creating products that our clients enjoy for generations to come. Our highest performing team members possess excellent problem-solving skills, have strong communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to work unsupervised and lead others.

We are a uniformed, non-smoking team that takes pride in the unique service that we provide. We offer paid training and certification. We enjoy paid overtime, paid time off (after one year), paid holidays, optional Saturday work, and never work on Sundays.

Our company is in 30 major US cities and growing. Located near Harding and I-65

Job Type: Full-time, 60 day review

Hours: Full Time. Seasonal business with high hours (50+) during the Spring and Summer with lower hours in the Winter (32). Normally M-F, with occasional Saturday work.

Salary: $19.00 to $30.00/hr

Requirements:

• Reliable and dependable

• Ability to lift up to 60# regularly.

• Valid Driver’s license with 3 years clean MVR

• Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check.

• Have Strong Mechanical Aptitude

• Have a sarcastic sense of humor (optional)
