We are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Crew Lead to oversee and manage our construction teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew members.

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.

Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in concrete construction.

Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
