Position Summary
The High-End Concrete Finisher is responsible for executing complex concrete finishing tasks on luxury projects, including decorative, polished, and architectural surfaces. This role requires an expert eye for detail, advanced finishing techniques, and the ability to deliver flawless results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Form, prep, and layout in advance of pour.
Place, level, and finish concrete for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Perform advanced finishing techniques including troweling, stamping, polishing, staining, and sealing.
Execute architectural concrete designs and custom textures to precise specifications.
Ensure the highest standards of surface quality, durability, and visual appeal.
Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively (trowels, polishers, saws, grinders, etc.).
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to achieve design intent.
Maintain job site cleanliness, safety standards, and professionalism at all times.
Train or mentor junior finishers as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end or architectural concrete finishing.
Experience with skatepark and pump track finishing a plus.
Proven expertise in custom flatwork, decorative finishes, and complex formwork.
Strong understanding of concrete mixes, curing, and finishing chemistry.
Ability to deliver precise, clean, and consistent results.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Able and willing to travel for work as required (AZ, CA, and TX).
