We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Finisher to join our team in Mobile, AL. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in shaping and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality results for our construction projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete pouring, including setting forms and ensuring proper alignment.
• Mix and pour concrete according to specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, trowels, and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet project standards.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in the training of new team members in concrete finishing techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in concrete finishing are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary info:
