Qualifications: Requirements • 2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher (residential or commercial) • Ability to use finishing tools (floats, trowels, edgers, jointers, stamps, etc) • Strong understanding of concrete curing, mix behavior, and weather conditions • Physical ability to perform demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) • Team player with reliable transportation • Safety-first mindset Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
