Concrete Finisher

Pay: $20’s / hr. DOE, Monday–Friday (OT and some weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team in Tulsa. This is a hands-on, field position that requires skill, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll work with a company vehicle, support crews in the field, and ensure high-quality concrete finishing on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to and from job sites
• Set forms that hold concrete in place, inspect surfaces, and prepare for pouring
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using rakes, trowels, floats, screeds, and power tools
• Cut and finish expansion joints, monitor curing, and ensure durable, high-quality results
• Operate tools and equipment such as saws, power vibrators, polishers, and edging tools
• Handle cleanup of rubble, debris, and secure job sites daily to maintain safe conditions
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines, site rules, and OSHA standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar trade experience
• Knowledge of concrete materials, finishing techniques, and related tools
• Ability to read and follow instructions and site requirements
• Physically able to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
• Must be safety-minded and willing to wear all required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license required (company truck provided)
