We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in concrete construction, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead concrete crews on all projects.

- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and ADA specifications.

- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, equipment, and labor.

- Ensure all work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.

- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies.

- Train and mentor crew members as needed.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in concrete construction, including supervisory experience.

- Knowledge of slabs, footings, sidewalks,all types of curbs, driveways, and flatwork.

- Ability to read blueprints and layout projects.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Valid driver's license.

- Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus.
