- Pay Range: $34-35/hr DOE --lots of OT potential
- Location: Local (with 100% travel required)

- Schedule and oversee work crews, ensuring timely project completion.
- Use blueprints and survey stakes to achieve precise concrete placements.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment for concrete finishing.
- Calculate material quantities and collaborate with other departments for smooth project execution.
- Provide daily reports and manage field activities efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain job budgets.
Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Concrete Foreman: - 3+ years of experience in a similar position or industry.
- Certifications: ACI Finisher, OSHA 10 Hour, Forklift Operator, Skid Steer Operator (can be obtained during employment).
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various small equipment.
