  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for managing crew members, ensuring safety and quality standards, reading blueprints, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining project timelines. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in concrete construction, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine job requirements • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards • Manage labor, equipment, and materials on site to maximize efficiency • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues • Maintain project schedules by coordinating tasks and adjusting workflows as needed • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members, promoting a productive and respectful work environment • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other site supervisors to align on project goals • Complete daily reports and maintain accurate job site records Qualifications: • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on concrete construction experience, with at least 3 years in a foreman or leadership role • Extensive knowledge of concrete tools, methods, safety practices, and finishing techniques • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organizational and communication abilities • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions • Valid driver’s license • OSHA 30 Certification • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial concrete projects Compensation: $100,000
