    What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman:

    • Lead and manage concrete crews of up to 15 employees
    • Coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
    • Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
    • Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project requirements
    • Communicate with project leadership regarding schedules, materials, and field conditions
    • Support jobsite safety and maintain a productive work environment
    • Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
    • Assist with planning, organization, and execution of concrete work

    Must-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:

    • 3+ years of concrete construction experience
    • Experience leading field crews
    • Ability to read and understand construction plans
    • Valid driver's license
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states as needed
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team

    Nice-to-Haves as the Concrete Foreman:

    • Experience managing crews of 10+ employees
    • Commercial concrete experience
    • General contractor experience
    • Desire to grow into a Superintendent or leadership role
