Responsibilities:

Set up and install concrete forms for various construction projects.

Set Points for from

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Ensure all forms are secure and aligned to specifications.

Pour concrete, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Inspect and troubleshoot formwork issues as they arise.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a concrete form setter.

Form Assembly: Measure, cut, shape and assemble formwork for various concrete elements (cubs, sidewalk, streets, slabs)

Set forms, ensuring they are aligned and at correct elevations, slops, based, plumb and squared, using tools like levels, measuring tape, string laser and grade pins.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Knowledge of safety practices in construction.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
