Concrete Crew Lead

• Pay Range: $30-35.50/hr DOE --lots of OT potential
• Location: Northern Colorado (with 100% travel required)
• Shift: Days/Nights, Full Time

How you will spend your time as a Concrete Crew Lead:

• Understand project goals, evaluate obstacles, and identify opportunities for successful concrete operations.
• Stage and organize equipment, tools, and materials to ensure the crew can work efficiently and according to schedule.
• ?Support the Concrete Foreman in achieving project execution goals and step in to lead when they are absent.
• Work with the Safety Crew Member to complete daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, determine elevations, and ensure proper slopes and fall for all concrete placements.
• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to laborers, form setters, finishers, and equipment operators.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Concrete Crew Lead:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position or industry.
• Certifications: ACI Finisher, OSHA 10 Hour, Forklift Operator, Skid Steer Operator (can be obtained during employment).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate various small equipment.
• Professional references required.
