    This position is for a Sales Representative based in the Fort Myers / Naples / Port Charlotte and surrounding market. We are looking for someone who loves to sell and solve problems. The right candidate will manage inbound leads with the utmost care while also expanding their networks with Builders & property managers to create future relationships. The Sales Representative will report directly to the President. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of qualifying and closing while also creating new relationships with Builders and potential clients. One must also: • Sell consultatively and not on price • Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals • Effectively manage relationships over a long period of time • Have ample construction knowledge • Be effective at working with a referral network • Be willing and able to follow a proven sales process that may appear non-traditional at first • Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable Qualifications: • Should have a working knowledge of a CRM • Need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills • Must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle • Understands how to network effectively • High school diploma or GED is a must. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior experience working in the construction industry is required • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Experience in selling construction products/services is helpful but not required.
