    Who We’re Looking For:

    We’re on the hunt for a Concrete Mobile Batch Plant Manager who can hit the ground running. If you're experienced with mobile concrete batching and thrive in a fast-moving, field-driven environment, we want to talk to you. In this role, you’ll manage mobile concrete production units, lead small teams, and help keep large-scale projects moving by ensuring material delivery is seamless, safe, and up to spec.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Field/Production Leadership

    • Oversee a small crew of batch plant techs across rotating job sites.
    • Set clear goals and keep the team focused on quality, safety, and delivery timelines.
    • Coach and mentor team members; help troubleshoot problems on the fly.
    • Manage setup, calibration, and daily production of mobile concrete equipment.
    • Ensure equipment is operational, concrete meets spec, and timelines are met.
    • Stay ahead of scheduling challenges by coordinating closely with site teams.

    Quality & Safety Focus

    • Enforce safety practices and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT, environmental).
    • Monitor key metrics like mix consistency, slump, and air content.
    • Keep accurate logs and help the crew stay audit-ready.
    • Coordinate the movement and maintenance of mobile batch units.
    • Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues.
    • Monitor material supplies and keep inventory flowing without delays.
    • Work alongside foremen, PMs, and quality inspectors to support overall site needs.
    • Communicate clearly across departments to adjust plans or mix designs when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience running concrete batch operations
    • A solid grasp of mix design principles and mobile batching systems
    • Leadership skills and a willingness to travel up to 80%
    • Problem-solving and working under pressure
    • CDL preferred; bilingual a bonus (Spanish/English)
