Concrete Supervisor
Department: Field Operations Reports To: General Superintendent Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt Earth Resources Corporation (ERC) Location: Dewey, AZ

Earth Resources Corporation is looking for a hardworking, experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking a leader who takes pride in producing quality work, leading crews safely, and delivering projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead concrete crews performing flatwork concrete operations.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily concrete activities including sidewalks, curb and gutter, valley gutters, ADA ramps, concrete pads, catch basins, headwalls, and related concrete structures.
Conduct and document Daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and safety meetings.
Enforce all ERC safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet production schedules.
Review project plans, specifications, grades, and elevations to ensure quality and accuracy.
Monitor work quality and ensure projects meet company and project specifications.
Track daily production and communicate project progress to management.
Review and approve employee timecards in CrewTracks.
Verify proper job coding, labor allocation, and equipment usage reporting.
Coordinate equipment needs and communicate maintenance concerns to the shop.
Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance management.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and property damage events.
Maintain positive communication with Project Managers, Superintendents, inspectors, and clients.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of flatwork concrete construction.
Experience with:
Curb and gutter
Sidewalks
ADA ramps
Valley gutters
Catch basins
Headwalls
Concrete pads
Box culverts
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
Experience checking grades and elevations before and during concrete placement.
Requirements
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, post-incident testing, and random drug testing.
Effective communication skills, including speaking, listening, and following oral and written instructions.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive work, including bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, kneeling, sitting, and squatting for 8 or more hours per day.
Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including cold temperatures and heat exceeding 100 degrees.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
