    Start at $22+/hr based on experience while continuing to build valuable skills in a growing industry. Experience is required — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works hard, and wants to grow with a great team.

    We are seeking a Concrete Technician to join our crew. As a Concrete Technician, you’ll work outdoors performing concrete repair and installation services for commercial properties throughout Gainesville and North Central Florida. This is hands-on work where attention to detail matters and quality results are visible every day. We are looking for experienced individuals who take pride in professionalism, efficiency, and doing things the right way.

    Most shifts are during the day, but candidates must be willing to occasionally work night shifts as needed (less than 10% of total shifts).

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Perform high quality concrete work such as; new curb, curb repair, concrete sidewalk slabs, residential concrete slabs, etc.

    Assist with site preparation, demolition, forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete

    Lead the production of high-quality concrete projects

    Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager

    Clean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Operations Manager

    Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

    WHAT YOU BRING

    Previous concrete experience is required, including the ability to independently plan for and execute concrete jobs efficiently and professionally

    Past experience leading concrete crews or working on a team is a plus

    Asphalt experience is an asset but not required

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Comfortable driving company trucks and towing equipment trailers

    You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

    You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

    Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)

    Ability to work well independently and unsupervised
