Concrete Finisher – Now Hiring

Location: Rochester Hills Pay: $23-32/hour (based on experience) or piecework/contract rate Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew. Work includes:

Placing, finishing, and curing concrete (slabs, floors, sidewalks, driveways, etc.)

Using hand tools and power trowels to achieve smooth, level surfaces

Reading grades and working with forms

Assisting with pours, setup, and clean-up

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of concrete finishing experience

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Must be dependable and able to work with a crew

Knowledge of finishing techniques and tools required

Preferred Skills (a plus):

Experience with stamped/stained concrete

Ability to set forms and do prep work

Ability to read blueprints/layouts
