    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Concur Expense Analyst to join our growing Brightspeed Finance team! In this role, you will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the company’s Concur Expense management program and support AP related projects to deliver cross functional solutions. In this role, will drive the successful direction of Concur operations. You will interact closely with other AP team members, as well as other Finance functions such as Treasury, Accounting, Audit and others. You will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our customers.

    In this position, will also backup the Accounts Payable Analyst by assisting with processing invoices which includes but not limited to processing invoices against PO’s, invoice issue resolution and working closely with Brightspeed vendors. You will communicate frequently with all stakeholders while collaborating with vendors and internal customers to resolve issues.

    As Concur Expense Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Administer all functional aspects and act as the primary contact for expense management system, Concur
    • Timely review all reimbursement requests for appropriate documentation prior to approval
    • Ensure compliance with travel expense policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Make any necessary changes and updates to employee positions, approvers, or locations in Concur software
    • Onboard and train new employees, provide technical support to users, and respond to phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner
    • Monitor daily corporate card interfaces and resolve unassigned cards/transactions
    • Monitor daily employee imports and resolve errors
    • Collaborate with Accounting and provide critical input for certain month-end accruals
    • Actively promote exceptional customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Perform special Concur related projects as assigned
    • Serve as a backup resource for AP team as needed
    • Assist in the review and processing of invoices, accurately and in a timely manner
    • Assist AP Manager with ad-hoc analyses and projects associated with system upgrades and implementations
    • Maintain paperless files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
    • Uphold the mission and values of Brightspeed in all aspects of your role and activities
    • Provide a high level of customer service for all internal and external customers
  • Qualifications

    WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in Concur software for large employee population is a must.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Concur.
    • SAP / Oracle / other comparable ERP experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees in a professional manner.
    • Must possess the ability to work independently, make decisions, take appropriate actions, and follow through tasks to completion within a fast-paced environment.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to safeguard confidential information.
