Condata Accounting is a full-service accounting and consulting firm based in New York City. We offer a wide range of accounting services designed to fit the needs of small businesses and non-profit organizations firms. We are seeking a Part-time or Full-time bookkeeper who is a highly serious and motivated individual that will be working on clients' books in several industries.
REQUIREMENTS: • Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks desktop or QuickBooks online • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Strong organization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Team Player
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Processing accounts and receivables and payable • Generating invoices and checks • Performing reconciliations of bank and credit card statements • Administration duties such as filing Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience • Major in accounting / Associates’ degree or BA required Hourly Rate: to be discussed/per experience
