You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly DOE
