WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING A PART-TIME DEDICATED AND ENTHUSIASTIC LEADS GENERATOR TO JOIN OUR MOST QUALIFIED HVAC TEAM IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.
The inside Leads Generation Representative will be responsible for generating in person sales leads while working at a major home improvement store. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, networking and solicitation. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation and sales/account services team thrive. This role will include proactive prospection to potential in-person customers and introduce our products/solutions for the HVAC field.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Work your own schedule up to 30 hours a week
Experience with lead generation and floor sales preferred
Excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in prospecting and generating leads via "in person contact" successfully.
Be able to work independently and develop new prospects on a highly competitive environment
Must be able to learn and speak to the application of HVAC systems
Project a pleasant, positive and optimistic attitude
Must have strong inner drive and self discipline
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and drug test.
