    Job Description

    We are looking for an Accounting/Payroll Clerk for a busy accounting company. You will work alongside a group of professionals to compile and record employee times and payroll data; compute employees' time worked, production and commissions. This is a temp-to-hire position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Enter payroll data into the payroll system.
    • Review, edit, and calculate hours of work, timecards, timesheets.
    • Contact various department supervisors for any missed times, corrections, etc.
    • Review and enter AB213 earnings into the payroll system.
    • Other administrative duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 2 years of office/clerical experience.
    • Payroll or Accounting experience is a plus.
    • Payroll software experience is a plus.
