Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting/Payroll Clerk for a busy accounting company. You will work alongside a group of professionals to compile and record employee times and payroll data; compute employees' time worked, production and commissions. This is a temp-to-hire position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Enter payroll data into the payroll system.
- Review, edit, and calculate hours of work, timecards, timesheets.
- Contact various department supervisors for any missed times, corrections, etc.
- Review and enter AB213 earnings into the payroll system.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of office/clerical experience.
- Payroll or Accounting experience is a plus.
- Payroll software experience is a plus.
