Role Overview
Aventi Health is a fast-growing technology platform and third-party administrator (TPA) helping medical clinics and nonprofit hospitals maximize value from the federal 340B drug pricing program. We’re looking for a sharp, personable, and reliable part-time Conference Representative to represent Aventi at select industry conferences across the United States.
This is not a booth babysitting role. It’s an active, on-the-ground business development support position for someone who can build rapport quickly , think on their feet , and capture warm leads for follow-up by our core sales team.
✅ Responsibilities
Attend targeted healthcare conferences (2–6 per year, travel covered)
Engage with clinic and hospital decision-makers at our booth or on the floor
Confidently communicate Aventi’s value proposition (training provided)
Capture lead data accurately and promptly in provided systems (CRM/forms)
Debrief with sales team post-event to support high-conversion follow-up
Provide light on-the-ground logistics support (set-up/tear-down if needed)
✅ Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, including with people outside your demographic or background
Clear communicator; able to absorb training and synthesize complex ideas simply
Professional presence—comfortable interacting with executives and clinicians
Highly reliable and organized; follows through with minimal oversight
Experience in sales, events, or healthcare a strong plus
Able and willing to travel within the U.S. for short trips (~2–3 days per conference)

Base pay per conference (based on travel time, duration, and scope)
Lead quality incentives + commission on closed deals
