An ultra-luxury hotel in Miami is looking to add a Conference Services Manager to their team!
Requirements:
2+ years of Conference Services or similar experience in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of meeting spaces, event operations, and yield management
Proficiency in Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
Serve as main point of contact for clients, coordinating all meetings and event logistics
Prepare and distribute BEOs, floor plans, group resumes, and event documentation
Lead pre-conference meetings and align internal teams (Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Famp;B)
Oversee on-site event execution and maintain strong client relationships
Optimize function space and room blocks to drive revenue performance
Manage billing, deposits, and post-event follow-up
Conduct site inspections and attend relevant operational meetings
