Kinetic Events Staffing is now hiring for the 2026 Boston Event Season. We are building a consistent team of professionals to support a series of high-profile conferences and large-scale events at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center this spring and summer.

We are looking for reliable, tech-savvy event staff who want to be part of our core Boston team. Our staff handles essential front-of-house operations including registration, way finding, session scanning, and general conference support. We have dates in April, May, June that need immediate support with more coming throughout the summer.

Shift & Pay Details

• Shift times are typically be 5-11 hours in length.
• Pay is $23/hour - we pay weekly

Job Requirements

• Must have a background in front-facing customer service roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 5-11 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
• Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
• Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous events or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
