    Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of Conference Staff for a healthcare summit taking place in Phoenix, Arizona from Sunday, October 18th, 2026, to Wednesday, October 21st, 2026.

    Job Description

    • This event is a Healthcare Summit and will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center (331 E Jefferson St, Downtown Phoenix, AZ)
    • Job duties include managing registration, attendee check-in, directional wayfinders, monitoring session areas, scanning tickets, swag distribution, assisting with interactive games, and hosting the lounge areas.
    • Pay is $21/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit!
    • Staff must wear a black collared shirt and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.

    Shift Details

    Note: Schedule is subject to change.

    • Oct 18th, 2026:
      • Shifts fall between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM (Shifts are 7.5 to 11.5 hours long)
    • Oct 19th, 2026: * Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Shifts are 4 to 11 hours long)
    • Oct 20th, 2026: * Shifts fall between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM (Shifts are 4 to 11 hours long)
    • Oct 21st, 2026: * Shifts fall between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM (Shifts are 5.25 to 10.5 hours long)
    • Oct 22nd, 2026: * Shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM (Shifts are 4 to 7.5 hours long)

    Job Requirements

    • Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
    • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
    • Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
    • Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
    • Limited phone use during shifts.
    • Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

    Ideal Candidates

    • Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
    • Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
    • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.

    Note: Travel and lodging reimbursements will not be provided for this role.
