Responsibilities: • Develop strategies to increase client growth and retention. • Provide excellent customer service to clients, and potential customers. • Track client activity and identify trends to inform strategic solutions. • Analyze current business strategies, identifying areas of improvement. • Develop reports and presentations to communicate client growth progress to the executive team. Qualifications: • Proven experience in telesales, virtual sales, or related fields, preferably in the insurance industry. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various virtual communication tools and platforms. • Client-focused with a genuine passion for helping others. • A strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently. • Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis. Compensation: $99,500 - $110,500 yearly
