As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client support and driving sales in the insurance industry. We provide comprehensive training to help you obtain the necessary insurance license, and no prior experience is required. Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized service. • Utilize provided leads and other resources to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. • Conduct virtual consultations and presentations to educate clients on various life insurance options and benefits. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies and lead-generation tactics. • Work closely with the sales team to manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Proactively address clients' inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure their satisfaction and retention. • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements. • Uphold the highest standards of transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a client relationship manager or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding client retention and satisfaction goals. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client management tools. • High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and respect for client confidentiality. • A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. • Relevant certifications and licenses in life insurance sales are preferred. Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
