    YOUR ROLE:

    Area Manager

    Confidence is looking for Area Managers to lead Confidence’s sales and marketing efforts in target regions of Los Angeles.  This is a hybrid role with both sales and marketing responsibilities.  Confidence is an early stage emerging beverage in the better for you functional beverage space.  There will be significant opportunities for professional growth as the business scales.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Grow and oversee network of retail sales points, increasing sales within designated territory

    ·         Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with store associates, store managers, category managers and distributors

    ·         Represent Confidence at sampling and marketing events

    ·         Assist with selling in of trade solutions, sampling activations and shelf placement

    ·         Schedule will be flexible with days and hours of the position different from week to week

    ·         Exhibits exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, creativity, accountability and communication

    EXPERIENCE

    ·         College degree preferred but not required

    ·         1-3 years beverage sales experience
