Job Description

Confidence is seeking process engineering people, who will work with Fortune 500 companies to help them document their current processes and recommend areas to optimize and automate. Process savvy people with no specific areas of focus, other than being structured, organized, and having great listening skills. This will be a client facing role.

• You ideally have 2-5 years of professional experience, but happy to work with the right person.
• You ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in industrial engineering, business analysis, building process flows, customer service, client services, process engineering, systems thinking valued, but not required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your job is to take the current processes being performed at a given client and transfer that process into the Confidence app to create more quality controlled and efficient workflows and overall work environments. The process will go as follows:

• You will become an expert user of the Confidence app through our training program.
• You will work with the client to understand processes performed by the given stakeholders on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and translate that into a process flow.
• You will collect and organize information from various sources and ensure all details of the process are recorded. You will understand milestones, dependencies and exception use cases and suggest where certain process approval requirements will be beneficial.
• You will then document the process and create an instance in the Confidence app.
• Finally, you will then train the stakeholders to use the Confidence app and their specific tasks and maintain relationship to ensure successful data is obtained and client is content.
• You will analyze current processes and make recommendations on areas of improvement. You will likely be working on several processes at once.
