Our Inc. 500 Property Management Company is looking for highly-skilled specialist that excels at utilizing Entrata and providing world class customer service.
The Entrata Support Specialist is responsible for having a comprehensive understanding of Entrata products and supporting a portfolio of assets on all systems-related needs.
Responsibilities
Continued, high-level, strategic oversight of Entrata platform to ensure it remains a tool and does not dictate how we are interacting with prospective and current residents
Supervision of Entrata Specialist, a helpdesk-style role designed to assist in day-to-day usage
o Work in conjunction with Entrata Specialist to create educational materials, as needed, for onboarding and other complex operations
Continue to streamline workflows while ensuring ease of use for both internal and external participants
Understand the changing needs of our business and work closely with the operations team to identify better and more efficient ways to utilize Entrata and other systems.
o This may include researching and testing systems to determine and recommend solutions; improving reporting capabilities; correcting issues; and identifying best practices.
Troubleshoot issues as identified and/or reported and provide timely corrections and recommendations as needed to ensure problems are resolved; communicate issues to the SVP of Property Management.
Assist in property transition and disposition efforts as it relates to properties exiting or entering the portfolio
Report findings, issues, and training opportunities to the SVP of Property Management on a weekly basis.
Participate in Operations Team meetings, led by the SVP of Property Management.
Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments within the organization to foster effective information and idea exchange.
Work with all departments on requested projects; seek information needed to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes and systems.
Assist various departments in researching, recommending, vetting and managing the selection process of products for implementation.
Play an active part in building strong professional relationships and an environment which is positive and goal and action oriented.
Participate in company meetings as needed.
Desired Skills / Education/Experience / Technical Requirements:
Property Management experience required, preferably on-site background
4-year college degree preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Team oriented and collaborative approach to problem solving
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with desktop applications
Expert level in Entrata product centers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Some occasional travel required
