The critical focus of the role is to create rich and compelling training content using innovative film and photography techniques and various eLearning programs and software.

Working with key business contacts, you will be responsible for creating a project plan, identifying required resources and critical deliverables, and keeping the project on-time and within budget. You will work with Subject Matter Experts to create the core learning content, then apply your project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver engaging training programs. You must be able to organize your workload and have the flexibility to shift tasks according to changing priorities.

We are looking for someone who is creative, has extensive video production and post-production experience and is familiar with various media platforms and programs. If you don't have much experience with Adult Learning Principles, that's ok - we can provide this coaching for you.
