Unique opportunity for experienced foreclosure paralegal/entry level attorney to join a premier Wall St. firm in our NJ office. Our Private Lender Group provides comprehensive legal services to the private lending industry. We represent lenders nationwide in commercial real estate private lending matters. This is an hourly position located in Marlboro, NJ. THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION. 

The Foreclosure Paralegal/Attorney will assist our Foreclosure Team who represent mortgage lender and investor clients in foreclosure, title, eviction, and general real estate litigation. This position includes, but is not limited to, preparing motions, drafting, and reviewing documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Manage a case load of foreclosure matters
• · Analyze loan files, title reports, and other documentation
• · Collaborate with attorneys for preparation and execution of legal documents
• · Draft legal pleadings and correspondence in connection with mortgage foreclosure actions
• · Communicate with clients, ensuring quality representation and implementation of all client directives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• · Must have foreclosure and paralegal experience
• · Knowledge of NJ and PA mortgage foreclosure laws
• · Strong written and communication skills
• · Ability to work independently or in a group setting
• · Ability to maintain confidentiality
