    Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Document Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in processing documents for consumer goods companies looking to sell their products globally. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal team, vendors, and member clients to ensure timely document processing with 100% accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    Document Processing and Handling: Handle the end-to-end processing of documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. Utilize scanning equipment to digitize relevant documents, maintaining an accurate electronic record of all processed documents.

    Communication: Collaborate with client member companies, government agencies as needed, and internal teams to collect necessary information and resolve any issues related to document processing. Work closely with your manager and ensure they are informed of all issues and updates.

    Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness before submission.

    Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.

    Customer Service: Provide responsive and professional customer service to member companies, addressing inquiries related to the Program.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Previous experience in document processing, administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review, proofreading, and processing.

    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

    Customer Service: a service-mindset and a track record of providing excellent customer service and professional conduct.

    Organizational Skills: Effective organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of documentation.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.

    Team Player: Ability to work professionally and collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

    Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn any specialized software used in document processing.

    Schedule: This is a part-time position, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of both the employee and the organization. Fridays off. Occasional remote work may be permitted.
