Our company has been a leader in Physical Therapy in the Treasure Valley for the past 20 years. We are not your typical physical therapy clinic. We believe it takes the full, one-on-one attention of a highly-skilled, professionally-trained, physical therapist to correctly diagnose and treat injuries. We do not use techs or Physical Therapy Assistants.

Our treatment philosophy is based on 3 pillars: PHYSICAL THERAPY, ACUPUNCTURE, MASSAGE THERAPY. All of our Physical Therapists are trained in Functional Manual Therapy (FMT), this is what makes us unique in the Treasure Valley and why we often get results when other approaches fail. Acupuncture is used to manage pain, reduce inflammation, relax muscles or block pain signals. Diversified training includes medical massage, myofascial release, shiatsu, craniosacral therapy and trigger point therapy in a therapeutic and soothing environment.

About the Clinic/Job:

Where: We are an outpatient ortho clinic located Boise, ID.

What: Work with us in our unique Physical Therapy clinic where patients are seen on a one-on-one basis. We are not a high-volume clinic.

When: We will fill this position when we find the right fit.

Who: We are in need of a Full Time Physical Therapist / Clinic Director. An Idaho state physical therapy license is required. Someone who has been practicing for 2 years, with leadership experience (at work or in life) is preferred. We want someone who is passionate about helping people. We are seeking someone with the ability to communicate and connect with patients and staff. A community-based mentality is a must.

Benefits: Well compensated (base salary for first 90 days, then compensation is based on a percent of collections). Quarterly bonus structure based on the clinic’s performance. Paid medical for employee, $1000/year for con ed (opportunities for more con ed), and 401K with 3% matching.
