THE JOB!We are looking for very technical hands on person to join our team as an IT Security Analyst/Engineer. This person should be able to work independently in a very fast pace environmentPrimary responsibilities – Responsible for the day to day support, maintenance and monitoring of various IT Security appliances. The analyst will also will be assisting in enforcement of the corporate IT security policies.Additional duties: Work on various projects to support or enhance the overall security posture of the company as it continues its growthProvide on call support as needed for any potential security incident.Assist in the various yearly audits (PCI, SOC)Assist in creation or modification of security policies as neededWHAT IT TAKES! Skills set desired:6 years min expDeep technical knowledge of network infrastructure and design. Must understand routing protocols, various network protocols/ports and configuration of network routers/switches.Hands on experience with various firewall technologies.Must have knowledge of the various cyber security attack vectorsExperience in IDS/IPS technologiesKnowledge of malware/virus mitigation strategiesExperience with patch management technologies and strategiesMust understand Active Directories from a security view pointFamiliar with the following security technologies: SIEMS, Muli-factor authentication, Vulnerability scanners, SFTP, NAC, VPN, Web filtering, port security, 802.1xFamiliar with mobile securityEmail security (Spam filtering, encryption)Familiar with PCI DSS, HIPPA and other industry regulationsFile Integrity and DLP technologiesHuge bonus if you have an application development background and understand application security and its developmentNice to haveCISSP certificationAny SANS\GIAC certification
