    We are currently seeking a Configuration/Asset Manager to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

    Duties:

    • Maintain configuration records for electromagnetic warfare system, ensuring accurate documentation of system baselines, changes, and upgrades.
    • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and traceability of pod configurations and components throughout the lifecycle
    • Track and document the location, status, and configuration of all pod components and subassemblies.
    • Support upgrade/modernization activities by monitoring component swaps, replacements, and integration of new parts against baseline.
    • Develop and maintain asset management databases, spreadsheets, or digital tracking tools to ensure up-to-date configuration status.
    • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams to verify parts installations and updates.
    • Assist in configuration audits and reporting to ensure compliance with program requirements.
    • Support preparation of technical documentation, reports, and briefings for program management and stakeholders.

    Required Experience:

    • 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience with configuration management (CM) and/or asset management processes.
    • Familiarity with DoD systems, maintenance practices, or defense industry standards.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed records across multiple systems.

    Required Education:

    • High school/vocal school degree or GED certificate.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Proficiency with CM and/or asset management tools, plus Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with government property management, logistics, or lifecycle sustainment.
    • Active Security clearance

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
