Need Local Arizona Residents Only 100% Onsite
Minimum 7 years of current working experience in a related IT field
Position will require some local travel in Maricopa County. The Resource must be able to qualify to drive state Vehicles. Must have a current AZ Driver’s license with a good driving record
Position works with Criminal Justice hardware and Software and must be able to pass the Arizona Criminal Justice Information Systems (ACJIS) background test to obtain a Level D - Technical certification from the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Qualifications & Education Requirements
3 years IT asset life cycle management industry best practices and methodology
3 years IT service level monitoring and compliance reporting State, ADOT, and ITG policies, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques
5 Microsoft productivity tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5 Google Suite experience.
3 years IT asset management products and/or discovery tools
3 years ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience.
3 years' experience in facilitating hardware purchases by working with vendors and customers.
Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.
3 years Requirements gathering.
Financial management.
Procurement rules and regulations.
5 Computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting knowledge.
3 years Knowledge of Ethernet network terminology to assist with troubleshooting network issues.
3 years Knowledge of IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Problem definition and alternative analysis skills.
3 years' Experience with Active Directory.
3 years' Experience with Windows 10.
3 years' Experience with Windows 11.
3 years MS System Center Configuration Manager.
3 years in person Face to Face customer service experience is necessary.
Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred
