    CED strives to pay a competitive wage in the industry and regional market. The pay range for this position is $24/hr.-$29/hr.     Requirements:

    _ Job Summary:_
    Reporting to the Configuration Management Supervisor and under the guidance of Engineers,
    this job requires the employee to provide critical support functions by updating documents and
    procedures in support of CED’s products. In addition, the employee will be responsible for
    entering and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM’s), perform a Configuration Check prior to and
    at the end of a Manufacturing Order build, process Engineering Change Orders for drawings
    and procedures, submit documents to the customer when required and perform other duties as
    assigned.

    _ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_
    1. Update revised process, procedures, department forms, and perform general administrative tasks in CRM
    2. Enter and maintain part numbers and Bills of Material in CED’s Dynamics 365 ERP system
    3. Setup and update Production Routes in Dynamics 365 ERP system.
    4. Process Beginning and End of Build Configuration, check binders for projects and resolve issues when required
    5. Process Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) for Drawings and Procedures in CED’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM ECO system
    6. Extract and print drawings and procedures
    7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
    8. Responsible for timely and accurate submission of drawings and procedures to Contracts Department and to the Customer when required
    9. Create and maintain managed document records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, including revision control
    10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies
    11. Scan and upload Lot Records to CRM system.
    12. Create and submit Ammo Data Cards (ADC) when required for government contracts

    _ Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)_
    1. Must be eligible to possess explosive under the Safe Explosives Act of 2003 (as amended) as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) for all employees of Chemring Energetic Devices.
    2. Effective oral and written communication in English
    3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    4. Advanced level ability with MS Word
    5. Intermediate level ability with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and Outlook.
    6. Basic level ability with PowerPoint
    7. Experience working with Microsoft D365 and CRM a plus
    8. One year direct experience or in configuration management
    9. Function effectively in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
    10. Work effectively with personnel throughout various departments and levels within the organization
