Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Confirmation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm scheduled appointments, installations, and service calls, ensuring all details are accurate and clearly communicated. You will also support the office with various administrative and clerical tasks, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to confirm appointments, delivery dates, and installation schedules.
- Verify customer information and ensure all details are accurate in the scheduling system.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding any changes, updates, or follow-up needs.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and schedule confirmations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Previous administrative or scheduling experience preferred.
