    Job Title: Regional Vice President – Strategic Accounts

    Locations: North America

    Reports to: SVP, Global Strategic Sales

    Travel: up to 50%

    This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Account Executives who are focused on executing net-new logo acquisition strategy, expanding our existing customer portfolio, and driving revenue within the assigned territory of Strategic Segment Enterprise segment. This opportunity will have a focus on accounts identified in Conga’s ICP.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to coach, motivate, and mentor a scaling team to achieve sales goals.

    You will:

    · Drive revenue by helping the sales team navigate the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately closing the deal.

    · Lead the Sales Team to meet Conga's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, accurately forecast opportunities and achieve quotas.

    · Proactively coach, mentor and develop your team, fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members and with other teams.

    · Consciously create a team culture that that emphasizes Conga’s identified mission, vision, values and guiding principles.

    · Work with our Solution Engineers to ensure they are understanding contracts requirements and positioning our solution to solve customer needs.

    · Work cross-functionally with our Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing teams to help them provide product enhancements, collateral, and training to support our sales teams.

    · Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and the Sales Team to drive demand generation and increase contracts opportunities.

    · Lead quarterly business review meetings.

    Are you the person we’re looking for?

    A proven track record. A leader with a proven track record of success in both managing complex sales cycles and leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams that over-achieve quotas.

    · 10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS / b2b software sales experience as a field sales executive within the salesforce.com ecosystem or other leading technology

    · 5+ years of SaaS B2B sales team management experience

You have executive presence and the ability to influence business leaders through business value propositions.

    Energetic and Collaborative. You bring energy and enthusiasm to your team, Conga and customer relationships. You work easily across sales, technical and business teams. You have the ability to prioritize the team over oneself.

    Compensation

    In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.

    The U.S. OTE salary range for this full-time position is $318,000 - $540,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

    The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
