Just like a sales representative would, you will be making phone calls, having conversations with executives, sending emails, reaching out to people on LinkedIn, etc. to identify ideal customer profiles. Along with teaching you how to be a successful sales rep you will have the chance to network with different business units to explore other opportunites here at Conga. This internship comes with a flexible schedule where you can work 20-32 hours within our hours of operation. The goal of this 90-day internship is to potentially hire you on as full-time employee!

You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce an outreach sequence that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it’s outside your scope of work -- you put a sequence together, talk to the team about it, and own it. And that also goes back to having an entrepreneurial spirit.

Strong attention to detail & time management. Though SDR experince is not required, we need candidates with strong organizational and follow-up skills on all key accounts and prospects. You will have a lot of autonomy as an SDR; what you put into being an SDR is what you will get out of it.

Resourceful & Collaborative. At Conga, we achieve together-- when you have questions, you find answers; when you’re faced with challenges, you find solutions. You turn to a variety of resources, including your colleagues, professional network, Internet, articles, books -- whatever helps you get the job done. Then you apply that knowledge across the business where it makes sense.

Education. If you are in a Marketing, Business Management, or related program/work experience and are hungry and keen to grow your career in an entry-level sales role…let’s chat!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
