Purchase Lending Manager

GENERAL MISSION: The mission of the Sales Manager is to staff, coach, build, lead, and motivate a team that is capable of analyzing customer needs while efficiently guiding the customer through the origination process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A successful Sales Manager will:
Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of bankers.
Understand obstacles that negatively impact customer satisfaction and develop immediate, equitable solutions.
Monitor internal reports and team expectations to ensure service levels are met
Conduct performance reviews as required. Formulate and implement corrective action as needed.
Conduct training for any new hire or existing hires in both skills development and product training.
Participate in community or trade events for the purpose of promoting the company.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
NMLS licensing
Must have a minimum of 2 years of Mortgage Call Center experience
Must have knowledge of Purchase Mortgages
Minimum of 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record as a top producer
Demonstrated ability to coach others
Ability to work as a part of a team, lead and influence teammates on mortgage business priorities
Professional and effective interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including a fundamental understanding of office technology and applications
Experience with Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Velocity is a PLUS
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
