JOB SUMMARY:

Congruex is seeking a highly organized person to join our corporate finance team.  You will be primarily responsible for consolidated financial planning and analysis.  You will work directly with the CFO, Controller, and operations team to conduct data analytics, drive accurate forecasting, and manage the budget process. __

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

·         Conduct 3 statement financial modeling.

·         Planning and analysis of consolidated financial data from multiple business units (subsidiary companies).

·         Manage quarterly closing process.

·         Create and maintain financial reporting for Board of Director meetings.

·         Participate in due diligence and capital market work for ongoing mergers and acquisitions.

·         Work directly with the C-level suite, and subsidiary companies, on budget forecasting and processes.

·         Ad hoc project support and financial analysis, as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

GENERAL

·         Bachelors’ Degree (Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred).

·         3+ years of related FP&A experience.

·         Highly skilled with 3 statement financial modeling (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).

·         Proven skills in budget processes, budget forecasting, and reporting.

·         Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.

·         Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize multiple high importance responsibilities, and be effective in a fast-paced work environment.

·         GRIT – guts, reliability, improvement, teamwork.

TECHNICAL

·         Heavy MS Excel skills with proven experience as a power user (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, financial modeling, data analysis).

·         Well versed in MS Office Suite – Word, PPT, Excel.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·         CFA, or progress toward CFA

·         MS Dynamics 365

·         Power BI

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:

·         Salary; Exempt

·         Full-time

·         Primary Work Location:  Boulder, CO Office.

·         Compensation Range:  $70,000 - $90,000 annual; We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.
