    The Associate Content Manager, Social Publishing plays an important role in social media publishing for the T-Mobile brand. Interfaces with the client on a daily basis and must be articulate, polished, possess good judgment, have in-depth knowledge about the client’s business and show enthusiasm for the work.  Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and accuracy are a must. Facilitates implementation of publishing processes.  He/she embraces the Conill spirit of One Team, One Dream, Nothing is Impossible. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist and support in the management of day-to-day client communication in regards to Social Media publishing

    • Act as coverage in (1) client management and (2) publishing requests as needed (covering for team member who may be unavailable)

    • Assignment of publishing teams as new client requests come in

    • Manage weekly meetings with Social Media team in order to understand and plan resources

    • Update Assistant Account Executive and Account Director on status of projects/answering client inquiries

    • Support the process of all social media publishing for the T-Mobile brand

    • Work with Social Media teams to plan and execute Editorial Calendars

    • Keep all integrated teams abreast of social media publishing status(es)

    • Participate in QA process as assigned

    • Manage trafficking of media units (as assigned, trafficking to media partners)

    • Coordinate and update job tracker with all current projects, live and upcoming campaigns

    • Assist Account team with administrative tasks and campaign management when needed

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
    • Strong interpersonal relation skills
    • Must have a knack for numbers and analyzing data
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Able to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Sound computer knowledge, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new technologies
    •  Must be comfortable with the digital space and social media platforms
    • Able to work extended hours as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Hispanic Social Media or related media/marketing
    • Knowledge of digital advertising / creative agency model
    • Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Enterprise Social Media Platforms (ie Netbase, Sprinklr, HootSuite, Spredfast, etc.)
    • Adobe Creative Suite skills are desirable
