POSITION SUMMARY

The Freelance Social Media Content Coordinator will be the main support role for the Conill Social Media team to ensure excellence in client related projects.  He/she must have an intimate understanding of the acculturated Hispanic market and social media platforms.  Fluency in English/Spanish is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing client’s presence and discussions on major social media channels
• Managing publishing, community management, and moderation
• Working across departments to ensure proper messaging is executed in-feed that will help reach objectives
• Preparing analytic reports to update staff on social media statistics
• Executing/tracking social media projects and ensuring timely completion
• Conducting research in social media marketing for new trends, platforms and strategies
• Recap client meetings in writing (contact reports)

• Strong communications skills: Presentation, Written, and Listening
• Extremely well organized and works efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations
• Bright, energetic, collaborative, goal-driven personality
• Fluent in English/Spanish

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 year of progressive experience in Hispanic Social Media or related media/marketing
• Knowledge of digital advertising / Creative agency model is ideal
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop is highly desirable
