    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead with a strong background in finance, preferably from working in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will also possess Salesforce experience to effectively lead our team in leveraging this platform for financial operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team responsible for financial operations, including write-off and cash posting.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline financial operations and improve overall productivity.
    • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work output.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial workflows.
    • Utilize Salesforce to enhance financial operations, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports for management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial operations and Salesforce usage to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Responsible for month end cash reconciliation in collaboration with Finance peers.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience working in a banking environment, preferably in a finance-related role.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance financial operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
