Job Description:
We're searching for a talented Backend Engineer to join our team of approximately 10 engineers. As a key member, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of our open-source platform, tackling challenging engineering problems in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems for our feature flagging and A/B testing platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Lead the development of SDKs in multiple programming languages
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their growth
- Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Experience with public external customer SDK/API
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous startup experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Additional Details:
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000
- No relocation assistance offered; fully remote position
